After graduating from Texas A&M in 2020, I discovered a unique passion for a career in barbering. I never would have considered being a barber until a close friend of mine named Luke encouraged me to look into it more. After considering, I began to cut some of my roomate's hair during covid and soon found myself enrolling in barber school. Soon after I graduated, I began cutting hair along side Luke and together, we began to dream about what it could look like to open a barber shop of our own, and as we dreamed, 101 Barber Company was born.
Before cutting hair, I never knew the value of an excellent haircut and noticed that many men are branded as unconcerned for their appearance. However, I have noticed the power of an excellent haircut in bringing confidence not only physically but internally as well. I aim to bring a revitalized passion for the craft of cutting hair, challenging the standards of excellence in this art form.
